Mobile Journalism

This course will help our learners understand the strategy and techniques behind using smartphones as a medium to produce noteworthy content. This course is designed to successfully increase the outreach to a diverse audience through wholesome strategies.

Content and Video Production

This course is designed on providing an understanding of the digital audience, how to make centrist news, and its reporting, how to produce digital content which has the potential to go viral, how to produce gender-sensitive content, and capacity building for women and men to be more resilient.

Marketing and Distribution

This course is designed to update and integrate journalists into the rapidly shifting digital media economy, which includes multiple but poorly understood monetization opportunities. The session will equip journalists with the business acumen to upgrade their focus from producing quality journalism, to financially sustaining and expanding their quality work.
